You Gotta Be - Des'ree

The lyrics say it all. Probably one of the few uplifting song that make you feel happy with who you are. A good listen when the continuous pangs of people all around keep coming uninvited on what you ought to or ought not to do. One of my all time favourites! Give it an ear, and read the lyrics with the song, would enliven and rekindle that spirit inside ! ;)

Leave out all the rest

When you set out on the road to redemption to make up for whatever that has condemned you to the lowest depths of hell, somewhere along the path you feel like confessing and seeking forgiveness from someone who mattered a lot and you ended up hurting. Love this song for the lyrics and the music. If drums and guitar ever intertwined well they'd sound something very similar to the opening of this song. Presenting "Leave out all the rest" from Linkin Park's latest album, Minutes to Midnight..
